"Glory"

We have been created by God, to talk about those things that bring us joy and excitement. It has been said, that we speak about that which satisfies us. We praise what we prize. This is why we have camera’s on our cell phones. We want to share with others the things that we see that bring us joy.  This is much of what social media provides for us, an outlet to speak about what we joy in. This whole thing can be summarized in the word, “Glory”. In this sermon, we take another look at the life of the Apostle Paul, and see things that He said He gloried in. No doubt, if Paul had a Facebook account, he would post about these things.

Preached Sunday Night, July 15, 2012 from Romans 7:1-6

In Christ we have died, and in so doing fulfilled the law, so that we are no longer under it’s penalty. We have risen again, and are “married to another”, that we should bring forth fruit unto righteousness.

"Such as I Am"

Preached Sunday Morning, July 15, 2012

In Acts 26, the apostle Paul is standing before Agrippa, and giving a defense against the charges that were brought against him by the jews. Freedom from Sin

Preached from Romans 6:15-23 on Sunday Night, July 8, 2012. In this message we examine Paul’s continued argument, that salvation by grace through faith doesn’t lead to sin, because we have been set free from sin. He states the principles of freedom from sin, shows our past bondage to sin, describes the process by which we were set free, and then gives a precept for us to follow.
